Yes.  If you let us know your brief we will work with you to develop a product in line with your brand.

When ordering own design products the process starts with an initial CAD presentation, then customer approval, product sampling, product approval, production and shipping.  The whole process takes between 10 – 12weeks depending on how quickly approvals are made.

Yes.  We provide samples of your products to approve before you place final orders.

There is NO charge for samples.

Each item in our product range has its own MOQ which are stated on this website.  If you require lower MOQ’s than what is stated, please give us a call and we will see if we can help.

Our standard credit account payment terms are end of month following invoice. Credit limits are determined by our credit insurance company.

For high quantity orders we can usually offer better prices. Please send full details for quotation.

There are sometimes plate/print costs for certain products. These are one off charges and are charged at cost.

There are NO charges for UK delivery unless the net order value is under £300 at which time carriage is charged at cost (presently £ 6.95 per carton).
