If any items are received faulty, please advise us within 7 working days to receive a full refund or credit note.

Shop Returns and Refunds

Please find our returns and refund policy below for shop orders. We currently only ship our shop orders within England, Wales and Scotland.

We accept shop returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the item order amount after return inspection. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at online@storm-international.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
