Shipping policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS 

We currently only ship our shop orders within England, Wales and Scotland. At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, we’ll then email again once your order is on its way. Orders will be processed according to your selected delivery option. 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day according to your selected delivery option. Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within your selected delivery option. We do not ship outside of England, Wales and Scotland at this time.
